The Certification Process

Complete our detailed application form with company info, FMCSA/USDOT numbers, and documentation.

Step 2

FMCSA Verification

We cross-check your registration, authority status, safety rating, and enforcement history.

Step 3

Insurance Audit

We verify active cargo insurance and liability coverage meets our minimum standards.

Step 4

Review Audit

Our team audits your reviews across platforms to detect patterns of fraud or manipulation.

Step 5

Certification Issued

Approved companies receive a certificate number, ML badge, and directory listing.

Eligibility Requirements

All requirements must be met and verified before certification is issued.

Active FMCSA operating authority (MC number)
Valid USDOT number in good standing
Minimum $100,000 cargo liability insurance
No unsatisfactory safety rating from FMCSA
No active enforcement orders in the last 3 years
Minimum 2 years of continuous operation
Documented binding estimate policy
No outstanding unresolved consumer complaints

Annual Renewal

Certification must be renewed annually. We re-verify all credentials and review any new complaints or enforcement actions to maintain the integrity of our directory.

Revocation Policy

Certification may be revoked at any time if a company violates our standards, receives credible fraud reports, loses FMCSA authority, or fails to respond to consumer complaints.
